PRODUCTS & PRICING
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and refuse service. Product colors and scents may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Orders are confirmed upon email verification. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free shipping on US orders over $75. Standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. A full refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your return.
CANDLE CARE & SAFETY
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Burn on a heat-resistant surface. Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
